§ 30.30 CUSTODY OF PROPERTY.
   The City Manager or designee may provide for the storage of private property other than motor vehicles impounded under this section or which come into the possession of the city in the course of city operations. The City Manager or designee will cause a record to be kept of the property indicating the date and the manner in which the city’s possession was acquired. The property will be stored at the City Hall, except that money will be deposited by the City Manager or designee in a special account for found money.
