An applicant or permittee may have the denial or revocation of a small wireless facility permit, or fees and costs required by this subchapter reviewed, upon written request, by the City Council, or its designee. The City Council, or its designee, shall act on a timely written request at its next regularly scheduled meeting. A decision by the City Council, or its designee, affirming a denial, revocation, or fee shall be in writing and supported by written findings establishing the reasonableness of the decision.
