§ 73.15 INTERPRETATION.
   Provisions of this subchapter are supplementary to those in M.S. Chapter 84, as it may be amended from time to time, which relate to snowmobiles. This subchapter is not to be interpreted as allowing what state law prohibits or as prohibiting what state law expressly allows.
