§ 73.01 GENERALLY.
   All bicycle operators and riders are subject to the following rules.
   (A)   Every person riding a bicycle upon a roadway is granted all of the rights and is subject to all of the duties applicable to the driver of a motor vehicle.
   (B)   A person riding a bicycle may not ride other than upon a permanent and regular seat attached to the bicycle. No bicycle may be used to carry more persons at one time than the number for which it is designed and equipped. No person riding upon any bicycle may attach it or a person to any other vehicle upon a roadway.
   (C)   Persons riding bicycles upon a roadway must ride as near to the right side of the roadway as practicable and may not ride more than two abreast except on paths or roadways set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles.
