§ 70.25 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. Deemed to include motorized bicycles, motorcycles, motor scooters, trail bikes, minibikes, all-terrain vehicles, and go-carts.
