10.08.120: VIOLATION GENERALLY:
Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for a first or second offense within a five (5) year time period shall be deemed guilty of an infraction punishable as provided in section 1.08.020 of this Code. A third and subsequent convictions within a five (5) year time period shall be deemed a misdemeanor punishable as provided in section 1.08.010 of this Code. (Ord. 205, 2-7-2019)
