10.08.070: PARKING FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES:
   A.   Parking a vehicle in a space reserved for disabled persons contrary to the requirements of Idaho Code section 49-213, as revised, is prohibited.
   B.   The registered owner of a vehicle parked in violation of this section is guilty of an infraction, which is punishable by the maximum penalty indicated in Idaho Code section 49-213, as revised. (Ord. 205, 2-7-2019)
