A. The zoning ordinance, zoning map and subsequent amendments thereto as officially adopted by the city shall apply to all private lands in the area of city impact within the unincorporated area of Custer County, Idaho, except as provided in subsection B of this section.
B. The zoning ordinance, zoning map and subsequent amendments thereto as officially adopted by Custer County shall apply to all private lands within the area of city impact which are both classified as agricultural under U.S. forest service regulations and subject to an estate, interest and scenic easement owned by the United States of America.
