A. Violations of traffic regulations on the streets of the City of Stanley shall be punishable in the same manner as a violation of the State law prohibiting such act where the State law is applicable.
B. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction. The infraction penalty shall be in the same amount as charged for a violation of the equivalent State law. (Ord. 205, 2-7-2019)
