It is unlawful for any person, not in necessary self-defense, in the presence of one or more persons, to exhibit a deadly or dangerous weapon in a rude, angry or threatening manner, or to have or carry such deadly or dangerous weapon upon or about his person when intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicating beverages or other substances, within the corporate limits of the city.
