8.16.010: CARRYING CONCEALED WEAPONS GENERALLY:
It is unlawful for any person to carry concealed upon or about his person, any knife with a blade longer than four inches (4") in length, bowie knife, dagger, pistol, rifle, revolver, gun, or other deadly or dangerous weapon within the corporate limits of the city, or to carry, have, or bring concealed or unconcealed any of the aforementioned weapons in or into any public bar, restaurant, or other business establishment, or any other public place within the corporate limits of the city, unless such person is a duly authorized city, county, state or federal law enforcement official on duty, or unless such person has a valid permit therefor.
