A. Area Defined: To ensure the future orderly growth of the city in consideration of trade areas, geographic factors and areas that can be reasonably expected to be annexed to the city in the future, the area of city impact includes land owned by the United States of America, which may be acquired by the city via land exchange.
B. Geographic Area Established: The officially adopted and agreed upon "area of city impact for Stanley, Idaho" is established by ordinance 114-B, and is set forth therein on the map attached to the ordinance codified herein on file in the city clerk's office, entitled "city of Stanley area of impact", and marked exhibit A. The general description of the area of city impact is set forth in exhibit B attached to the ordinance codified herein. This section shall not in any way obligate the city to annex any land within the area of city impact. (Ord. 114-B, 4-2-1997)
