6.08.020: DEFINITIONS:
ADEQUATE FENCE: A fence, which is of sufficient strength and height to confine the large animal. At a minimum a fence shall be four feet (4') in height. All fences shall be kept neat and maintained in good condition and shall conform to this code.
LARGE ANIMALS: Any breed of horse, mule, donkey, or other equine animal, any breed of cows, stock, cattle, sheep, llama, goats, elk, or other bovine animal, or swine.
RIDING STOCK: Any large animal that is used primarily for equestrian and packing activities, including recreational riding and packing. (Ord. 137, 4-4-2001)
