6.04.067: SUPERVISED INSPECTION:
The owner of any small animal kennel shall allow for supervised inspection of that kennel by any sworn law enforcement agent recognized by the city of Stanley, provided forty eight (48) hours' notice is furnished. (Ord. 169, 5-10-2006)
