6.04.030: NUISANCE; OWNER TO EXERCISE CARE AND CONTROL:
It shall be unlawful for any owner or keeper of a small animal or other animal to fail to exercise proper care and control of such animal to prevent it from becoming a public nuisance. Frequent, continuous or untimely barking, molesting passersby, chasing vehicles, habitually attacking other domestic animals, trespassing upon public or private property in such a manner as to damage the property shall be deemed a nuisance. Violations of this section shall be subject to an infraction penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 172, 10-11-2006)
