5.04.050: HOURS OF SALE OF LIQUOR 1 :
No liquor shall be sold, offered for sale, or given away upon any licensed premises during the following hours:
   A.   Christmas from two o'clock (2:00) A.M. to ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. the following day.
   B.   On any other day between two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) A.M.
   C.   On any day of a general or primary election until after the time when the polls are closed. (Ord. 5-C, 1987: Ord. 5-B, 1986: Ord. 5-A, 1986: Ord. 5, 1958)
