2.12.040: FINANCIAL STATEMENT:
It shall be the duty of the city treasurer to cause to be published in a newspaper, to be designated by the city council, as required by law, a full statement of the receipts and expenditures of the city during the past fiscal period, which statement shall show the source of the monies received and the purpose to which applied. (Ord. 2, 1958)
