13.12.010: WELLS COVERED:
It shall be unlawful for any person, or persons, whomsoever, to use or maintain an uncovered well upon his, or their, property, or upon property which he, or they, have possession or control thereof within the limits of this city. (Ord. 13, 7-5-1965)
