12.20.030: CONVEYANCE OF LOTS:
Cemetery spaces shall be conveyed by the city by furnishing the purchaser a certificate describing the location of the space(s) and signed by the mayor and clerk. Such certificates shall vest in the owner, his or her heirs and assigns, a right in fee simple to the plots for the sole purpose of interment. (Ord. 190, 5-9-2013)
