12.04.030: ANIMALS ON AIRPORT PROPERTY; RESTRICTIONS:
No dogs or other animals shall be permitted on municipal airport property, unless restrained by a leash or otherwise confined in such a manner to be under control; and no horses, cattle, or other livestock shall be permitted on municipal airport property at any time. (Ord. 40, 1976)
