(A) The city’s regularly scheduled monthly meeting date and location is changed from the first Thursday of every month to the second Thursday of every month, and the meeting location is changed from the Historic L&N Depot to the Lincoln County Public Library effective April 9, 2020. The meeting time remains at 6:30 p.m., local time. In the event the meeting date falls on a national holiday, the meeting will be moved to the Thursday immediately following the holiday.
(B) Special meetings of the Council may be called by the Mayor or upon written request of a majority of the Council. In the call, the Mayor or Council shall designate the purpose, time, and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Council members and for compliance with KRS Chapter 61.
(C) At a special meeting, no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
(D) The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the person responsible for maintaining city records as provided under § 31.31 and by the officer presiding at the meeting.
