(A) Building permit fees shall be paid at the time of obtaining the permit. The fee shall cover the cost of plan review and inspection and issuance of a certificate of occupancy. The fees and permits will be administered through the Planning and Zoning Commission.
(B) A penalty for starting a project that requires a permit application approval or permission from the Zoning Officer or ARB Chairperson shall be as follows: the penalty will be the original cost plus the original cost for each day without a permit or permission from these offices.
