§ 94.07  DUMPING IN ST. ASAPH’S CREEK PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or association to permit or allow an open sewer line from their premises to run into St. Asaph’s Creek.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to dump waste or garbage, boxes, tin cans, or trash into St. Asaph’s Creek within the city.
