§ 93.45  AUTHORITY OF POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS.
   The Fire Department shall designate times for the safe control of all outside burning within the city limits and notify the 911 dispatch center on a daily basis. The Fire Department shall have the authority to extinguish or have extinguished any fire that has been determined to be illegal or unsafe. The Police Department shall have authority to issue citations for all illegal fires.
