(A) 815 KAR 10:060 Kentucky Standards of Safety, as promulgated by the office of State Fire Marshal of the Department of Housing, Building, and Construction and which incorporated by reference the 2018 Edition of the National Fire Code as promulgated by the National Fire Protection Associates, is hereby adopted in full as if set out at length herein.
(B) The City Clerk shall at all time keep in his or her possession for reference a copy of 815 KAR 10:060.
(C) This section shall not apply to single-family residence except as may be applicable by KRS 227.225.
