§ 92.03  CHRONIC NUISANCES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   For purposes of this section, a CHRONIC NUISANCE PROPERTY shall mean any real property on which three or more nuisance activities exist or have occurred during any 365-day period.
   (B)   No person shall act, fail to act, behave, erect, connive, cause, continue, maintain in any manner, or permit to exist any chronic public nuisance within the city.
