(A) The city herein adopts the provisions of KRS 83A.060(13) to use municipal orders in lieu of ordinances in regard to the city’s personnel policies (plans), as amended.
(B) With Municipal Ord. MO2021-0211, the city adopts the 2021 Edition of the Personnel Policies and Procedures Handbook. A full copy of the handbook can be found in the City Clerk’s office.
