§ 32.03 MEMBERSHIP, RANK AND OATH.
   (A)   The Auxiliary Police Division shall be composed of five members.
   (B)   All members of the Auxiliary Police Division shall bear the rank of auxiliary police officer. Each member shall take the same oath of office as a town police officer.
