§ 31.19 SUPERSEDING AND AMENDATORY PROCLAMATION.
   The Mayor in his or her discretion may invoke the restrictions authorized by this subchapter in separate proclamations, and may amend any proclamation by means of a superseding proclamation in accordance with the procedures set forth in § 31.11.
