(A) As specified in the Town Charter and as provided by G.S. § 160A-101(6)(c), each of the six members of the Town Council shall be nominated by electoral districts, but elected by all qualified voters of the town.
(B) The electoral district boundaries for each of the six members shall be as identified in the map identified as Town of Stallings Six District Plan, and dated November 2, 2001, the same map being adopted by reference and made part of this section the same as if set forth in full herein.
