§ 112.40 EFFECT ON CERTIFICATE OF FAILURE TO BEGIN OPERATIONS.
   If a certificate is granted to an applicant who subsequently fails, in accordance with the provisions of the certificate and this chapter, to begin operations within sixty days after the date of the certificate, the certificate shall become null and void.
