The licenses required under this chapter are privilege licenses. The licenses shall be due and payable in the same manner as prescribed for other privilege licenses issued by the town pursuant to Chapter 110. The licenses required under this chapter are in addition to all other licenses that an applicant is required to obtain pursuant to Chapter 110.
