(A) No person licensed under § 111.04 shall engage in the business or profession of adult entertainment before 8:00 a.m. or after 12:00 midnight.
(B) No person licensed under § 111.03 shall admit customers or prospective customers, or remain open for business, before 8:00 a.m. or after 12:00 midnight.
(C) No person in charge of managing an adult establishment upon the premises shall allow, permit or condone the violation of divisions (A) and (B) above.
