No person licensed under § 111.03 shall allow or permit any person to perform adult live entertainment upon the premises operated by the licensee unless the person so performing has complied with all requirements of licensing under § 111.04, including periodic medical examinations by a licensed physician. Violation of this section shall be grounds for revocation of the license issued to the violator pursuant to this chapter.
