(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to skate, skateboard, rollerskate, rollerblade or operate any other motorized or non-motorized mode of conveyance within the Town Park, with the exception of tricycles and bicycles for children ages 12 and younger.
(B) In addition to criminal penalties, violators of this section may also be subject to a civil penalty. Unless otherwise provided, civil penalties shall be in the following amounts:
(1) First citation: warning;
(2) Second citation for same or similar violation: $100; and
(3) Third and subsequent citation for same or similar violation: $500.
