§ 91.01 NUISANCE OR AT-LARGE DOGS AND CATS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      AT LARGE. Off the premises of the owner, and not under the control of the owner or a member of his or her immediate family, or his or her properly designated agent by leash, cord, chain or otherwise.
      CAT. Both male and female cats.
      DOG. Both male and female dogs.
      OWNER. The person, firm, association or corporation owning, keeping or harboring a dog or cat.
   (B)   No owner or keeper of any dog or cat shall permit the dog or cat to run at large or cause a nuisance to any other person.
