925.04 CERTAIN STRUCTURES DEEMED NUISANCES.

Every water closet, privy or septic tank constructed and used in connection with any dwelling house or building within the City where there is any part of the sewer system of the City within two hundred feet thereof shall be deemed a nuisance.
