925.03 CONNECTING SANITARY SEWER TO STORM SEWER.

No person shall connect a sanitary sewer to a storm sewer; and no person shall allow sanitary sewerage to enter any storm sewer in the City.

The City Health Officer and the Building Inspector of the City shall have the right and the authority to enter upon any premises and make such tests as they deem necessary and expedient in order to determine if sanitary sewerage is entering in any storm sewer.
