707.03 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   Council may revoke the license granted to any licensee under this article, subject to an appeal of any licensee to a court of competent jurisdiction, for the following reasons:
   (a)   Selling impure or unwholesome products, or other activities injurious to the welfare and health of the City, within the corporate limits of the City, so as to endanger the health of the residents.
   (b)   When the licensee has failed to pay the necessary license fee and taxes, including gross sales tax, that is legally due and owing to the City.
   (c)   The City Clerk before renewing any license may, as a condition to issuing such license, require the licensee to produce statements, records and receipts showing that all license fees and taxes, including gross sales tax, have been paid for the preceding year by the licensee.
