The jurors chosen in accordance with Section 182.08 shall be chosen by the jury commissioners. The clerk of the court shall issue a summons requiring the jury commissioners to attend at the office of the clerk of the court on a day named in such summons, which shall be not less than five days before the issuance of such summons, for the purpose of drawing the ballots for the number of jurors mentioned in such writ.
