The Citizen Corps Commission is hereby created whose membership shall consist of the Mayor, the Chief of Police or his designee, the Fire Chief or his designee, the Director of Public Works, the Director of the St. Albans Department of Senior Services, and a representative of the St. Albans Chamber of Commerce, one member of City Council appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council and two volunteer members of the Citizen Corp elected by and from the membership. The Citizen Corp representatives shall serve two years terms on the Commission.
