Any member of a committee, board or commission who for any reason ceases to be a resident of the City of St. Albans will be replaced by the appointment of another member to such committee, board or commission and notice of such appointment shall be given in writing to the chairman of such committee, board or commission.
This section shall be advertised in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Charter and Codified Ordinances of the City of St. Albans, West Virginia.
