To obtain a permit to erect any telecommunication device pursuant to this Code Section, the applicant must proceed through the Special Permit process outlined in the City of St. Albans Zoning Laws. All notices and advertisement provisions shall be applicable and in addition, a posting on the property shall be required as directed by the Code Official for 30 days prior to the Zoning Board of Appeals Hearing applicable to the petition.
