(a) To mitigate the visual impact of Class II Wireless Telecommunications and/or Class III Wireless Telecommunications Facilities using a new shed/accessory structure for the sheltering of equipment on the surrounding area, the City may require these or other methods, as determined by the Code Official after reviewing the application for permit:
(1) Stealth tower designs, such as flag poles, trees, light poles or other similar structures;
(2) Engineering the tower to provide for future co-locations;
(3) Restricting the height of the tower to the lowest possible height that will meet the applicant's needs;
(4) Designing shelter facilities as cabinets rather than sheds;
(b) Class I satellite dish antenna in excess of 36 inches in diameter shall meet the setback requirement for accessory structures in the zoning district.
