111.14 DISPOSAL AND DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS.

No record, as defined herein, shall be destroyed by any agency of the City unless the Administrator has determined the record has no further administrative, legal, fiscal or historical value and the record has been scheduled and approved by Council.
