Any person nominated for selection to work in any capacity as a poll worker in any polling place in any City-wide primary election, shall, prior to being confirmed in such selection, designate their municipal political party affiliation in writing to the City Clerk Treasurer.
No person, having submitted such party designation and having been confirmed as a poll worker in any City-wide primary election, shall thereafter change such municipal political party designation so as to vote a ballot of the opposing municipal political party prior to or on the day of such City-wide election.
