303.47 UNLAWFUL USE OF LICENSE OR NONOPERATOR’S IDENTIFICATION; LICENSE AND NONOPERATOR’S IDENTIFICATION VIOLATIONS GENERALLY.
   It is a misdemeanor for any person to commit any one of the following acts:
   (a)   To display or cause or permit to be displayed or have in his possession any fictitious or fraudulently altered operator's or chauffeur's license or nonoperator's identification;
   (b)   To lend his operator's or chauffeur's license or nonoperator's identification to any other person or knowingly permit the use thereof by another;
   (c)   To display or represent as one's own any operator's or chauffeur's license or nonoperator's identification not issued to him;
   (d)   To use a false or fictitious name in any application for an operator's or chauffeur's license or nonoperator's identification or to knowingly make a false statement or to knowingly conceal a material fact or otherwise commit a fraud in any such application;
   (e)   To permit any unlawful use of an operator's or chauffeur's license or nonoperator's identification issued to him; or
   (f)   Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
