103.05 FILING FEES.

The filing fee for the office of Mayor shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). The filing fee for the office of Councilman and other elected officials shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Such fees shall be paid to the City Clerk upon filing of The Statement of the Candidate. (Ord. 85-1. Passed 1-17-85.)
