1511.03 COMPLIANCE WITH ORDER.

When the Fire Chief has issued an order in the manner provided in Section 1511.01, and the same has not been complied with within the time specified in such order, the Fire Chief shall have the authority to proceed by proper petition in the County Circuit proceedings.
