§ 32.02 OFFICES COMBINED.
   (A)   City Clerk/Treasurer. The offices of City Clerk and treasurer are hereby combined. The duties of the Treasurer and City Clerk are hereby exercised by the City Clerk.
   (B)   Duties City Clerk/Treasurer. The clerk/treasurer shall perform the following duties:
      (1)   The duties of a treasurer as set forth in M.S. § 412.141, as amended and as it may be further amended, and which is hereby incorporated by reference;
      (2)   The duties of a clerk as set forth in M.S. § 412.151, as amended and as it may be further amended and which is hereby incorporated by reference;
      (3)   Supervision of office staff; and
      (4)   Such other duties as shall be assigned from time to time by the City Council.
   (C)   Code use of City Clerk or Treasurer. Where the code uses the terms “Clerk-Treasurer,” “City Clerk-Treasurer,” “Clerk,” “City Clerk,” “Treasurer,” or “City Treasurer,” such terms shall be read to be replaced with the term “Clerk-Treasurer.”
